Excellent opportunity for a Clinical Project Manager to join an international CRO. The Project Manager will manage domestic and/or European projects for one or more clients, according to Company Standard Operating Procedures & ICH Guidelines.
Duties:
Responsible for the successful conduct of assigned projects.
Serve as Project Manager for assigned business development opportunities.
Liaise with senior management to ensure adequate resources are available for assigned projects.
Responsible for on time, on-budget provision of client deliverables for assigned projects.
Lead core project team and facilitate team’s ability to lead extended/complete project team.
Define and manage project resource needs and establish contingency plans for key resources.
Ensure successful design, implementation, tracking and revision of project plans for assigned projects.
Promote effective teamwork among project team members within Company departments and offices. Resolve conflicts as needed.
Ensure appropriate communication on project-related matters with senior management.
Initiate improvements to enhance the efficiency and the quality of the work performed on assigned projects.
Key client contact for assigned projects.
Establish excellent working relationships with client project teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Ensure all staff allocated to assigned projects adhere to professional standards and SOPs established for clinical research.
Manage all aspects of designated projects.
Provide performance feedback of team members to respective managers.
Prepare and deliver presentations for new business in collaboration with Service Delivery and business development.
To apply you will have a University/college degree, or equivalent (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (eg. nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology).
You will also be able to demonstrate:
Thorough knowledge of project management processes.
Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Broad knowledge of drug development proves and client needs.
A Senior CRA may also be considered.
