Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor - Major Project 55m - Nottinghamshire
The job:
This project is part of a larger worldwide contract upgrading installations and equipment with a major international client valued in the billions of pounds
The enabling work has just been completed and the next stage involves work on a process unit and amenities building with the contract due to run until the end of 2007
The position involves managing the various sub-contractors involved on the steelworks, cladding, groundworks and M&E packages

Requirements:
My client requires a minimum of 5 years experience within Quantity Surveying
A good working knowledge of JCT terms and conditions of contract
With this position the ideal candidate clearly needs to be numerate, literate and have a great attention to detail
The successful candidate also needs a strong track record in handling/defending claims
Location:
South Nottinghamshire
Commutable Locations:
Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Loughborough, Staffordshire, Warwickshire
Remuneration:
Up to £50,000 per annum (flexible) plus a Generous Benefits Package
Benefits package will include:
