THE ROLE:
Senior Business Development Manager
Sits within Banking team
Responsible for developing, organizing and driving the department's marketing and business development activities
Work collaboratively with partners , marketing and other business development teams in London and Worldwide - allowing for cross-product development
Overall management of team
Development, implementation and review of sector business development plan
Look at improving processes and systems.
Put together new business proposals
Build client relationships
Produce marketing and client research
Drive the marketing planning process..
Identify new business opportunities across financial industry sectors.
Organize pitches and take control of tendering process
Market planning - draw up strategic, effective marketing plans and measure the effectiveness of highly targeted campaigns with return on investment.
Recommend new business development ideas and suitable actions.
Devise original approaches to generate new marketing communications.
Build and maintain a flow of information to partners.
Responsible for budget control
Ensure appropriate resourcing
THE PERSON:
Graduate or the equivalent
Have an excellent Marketing background within professional or financial services.
Understand strategy and development across the marketing mix.
Proven successful experience in Business Development in a similar corporate environment
Understand product marketing
Able to spot new business opportunities
Great team player
Good management skills and can develop and motivate a team
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Excellent influence skills. |
